GAIA Custom program features highly customizable jerseys, shorts and warmup gear for your team, event or organization.

1. Can I get help customizing my order?
Absolutely! Just email customerservice@GAIAcustom.com and we will be happy to help you through the custom process and answer any questions that you may hae.

2. Why do I have to order a minimum of 12 pieces?
In order to be an efficient producer of custom garments, we can't produce less than 12 at one time. If you don't need 12 pieces, consider using the extras for future members of your team or organization or sell to a family or friend that supports your group.

3. Can I order 6 mens pieces and 6 womens pieces?
Yes, as long as it is the same style any combination of mens and womens pieces can combine to meet your order minimum.

4. How much does shipping cost?
We ship globally for only $2 USD/CND per item. GST/HST is applied to all Canadian orders. Orders outside Canada and US are subject to any applicable import duties and taxes.

5. How long does it take to receive a custom order?
Your custom order will ship within 4 weeks of confirming your final order details, plus 4-6 business days in transit.

6. Can I change my order after it has been submitted?
No. Once final details of your order has been confirmed you cannot alter your order in any way. Consequently, please consider ordering extra apparel pieces to ensure that you can adequately meet the needs of your group. Additional new orders are subject to the 12 piece minimum. See above for details.

7. How do I know if its going to fit?
Please see our sizing charts and fit guide in the customer service section. Please also consider that no to garments (from any brand) fit identically. We take extra care to ensure that our apparel items fit to specification, however excessive printing and/or sewing machine tolerance levels can vary results. If a garment is significantly off the stated specification please contact us at info@GAIAcustom.com and we will investigate and resolve the problem.

8. Will GAIA's printing conform to my association's uniform standards?
Most likely, however it is your responsibility to confirm you uniform requirements (if applicable) and to confirm these requirements with your sales or customer service prior to ordering.

9. What are your number sizes?
We have numbers sizing as follows:
Elite numbers - Large 6" (15cm)
Elite numbers - Small 2.5" (6cm)
Block numbers - Large 8" (20.2cm)
Block numbers - Small 2.5" (6cm)

10. How should I care for my custom apparel?
All custom apparel should be washed inside out, in cold water, with like coloured items and then hung to dry. Garments should be removed from the washing machine as soon as possible after completion of the washing cycle. This will preserve the technical features, colour and print clarity and protect your other clothing items from potential running of colours and ink.

11. What happens if everything arrives and something is wrong?

If a problem, omission or miss-communication happens you should contact customer service to discuss. Most problems that occur during custom production are minor in nature, meaning that they do not impact the overall appearance or function of the garment. In most cases, we will request your understanding and offer you a coupon or retroactive discount that more than compensates you for the error. However, if the problem is of pervasive we may request that you return the goods with a discount and a full remake of your order.

Your satisfaction is very important to us and we will take all reasonable actions to provide solutions that are equal to or exceed the value of any problem that may have occurred. We appreciate your patience and understanding that short run, customer direct manufacturing is a complicated process and on occasion results may not exactly equal the customers visualization of the end product. We do however guarantee quality and reasonable customer satisfaction.

12. What is GAIA's warranty policy?
All GAIA custom products carry a 90 day warranty against manufacturer defects. If you suspect a defect in your product, please contact GAIA directly at info@GAIAcustom.com.

GAIA will attempt to assess the nature of the problem and may request product photos or that the products be returned to us. Depending on the pervasiveness and severity of the manufacturers defect GAIA will recommend some reasonable resolution options to you that may include retroactive or future discounts or a remake of the entire order at no (or only partial cost) to you.

GAIA does not warranty against damage through rough use or damage resulting from non-compliance to recommended product care guidelines in Question 10.

13. Will you please give my money for my summer road trip?
